The EPA Uses Junk Science

Endangerment Finding graphic

The EPA has declared “greenhouse gas pollution endangers the public welfare.” This declaration was published in their 2009 “Endangerment Finding” which fraudulently demonized Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gases. Among other problems, the EPA did not include the biggest and strongest greenhouse gas — H2O, which is commonly called water vapor.

This hypocrisy is stunning, and in itself exposes EPA’s duplicity. The EPA Endangerment Finding is the legal basis for the current war on CO2, which is the foundation of the Green New Deal. Incredibly, the Endangerment Finding was created using junk science. The EPA not only misrepresented climate data, but they ignored relevant historical data, and actually lied about other data.

The Endangerment Finding goes beyond junk science, as the EPA’s own Inspector General discovered that the EPA failed to follow two of their own internal laws governing scientific assessments.

CO2 is not a pollutant, and it is not causing a climate emergency. CO2 is primarily plant food, and more CO2 is beneficial to our earth, especially since it is helping to green earth’s driest regions. As a greenhouse gas, CO2’s current warming ability is so tiny that its contribution cannot be practically measured. This is because CO2’s warming ability is essentially saturated. Furthermore, at current concentrations, additional CO2 also produces more cooling in several ways, which the media never mentions.

This and more will be presented at the Philosophy Club on December 30, at 4 PM at the Lake Miona Recreation Center.
